Welcome to the pre-release testing of Lunar Mission by Hive: Student and Industry STEM Solutions LTD. Before you proceed with testing our educational content, we kindly request that you carefully review and agree to the following terms of use:

  1. Purpose and Scope: The pre-release testing is conducted to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the Lunar Mission problem sets for Orbits 1 and Lunar Sites. By participating in this testing phase, you acknowledge that your valuable feedback will help us improve the content for the full-release version.
     

  2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): All information, documents, and materials related to Lunar Mission pre-release testing are strictly confidential. By participating, you agree not to share, reproduce, disclose, or distribute any part of the pre-release content, including problem sets, solutions, or discussions, to any third party without HiveSpace's explicit written consent.
     

  3. Limited License: During the pre-release testing, HiveSpace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the pre-release problem sets solely for the purpose of providing feedback. This license does not grant you ownership or any intellectual property rights to the content.
     

  4. Feedback Submission: As a pre-release tester, you agree to provide constructive feedback, comments, and suggestions regarding the Lunar Mission problem sets in a timely manner. By submitting feedback, you grant HiveSpace the right to use, modify, and incorporate your suggestions into the final version without any obligation to compensate you.
     

  5. Use Restrictions: You agree not to misuse, abuse, or modify the pre-release content in any way that could damage or impair HiveSpace's intellectual property, reputation, or systems. Additionally, you shall not engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access to Hive's systems.
     

  6. Discontinuation of Testing: HiveSpace reserves the right to terminate your participation in the pre-release testing at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Failure to adhere to these terms of use or any improper conduct during testing may result in immediate discontinuation.
     

  7. No Warranty: The pre-release content is provided on an "as-is" basis. Hive makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content.
     

  8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold HiveSpace harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in the pre-release testing or any violation of these terms of use.
     

  9. Governing Law: These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
     

  10. External Links: Participants in the Lunar Mission pre-release testing acknowledge and agree that the PDF documents provided may include external links, such as download links or access to third-party websites, for additional resources or references. Hive: Student and Industry STEM Solutions LTD. (HiveSpace) hereby explicitly states that it is not affiliated with any of these external websites or their content.

    By engaging with any external links, participants understand that they do so at their own risk and discretion. HiveSpace does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of these third-party websites.
